How we came about...

Founded in 2015, we're Facilit8 & Flourish (or F&F to make it easier), and we're always on the look-out for bespoke, consumer focussed products looking to break into the UK and European market.



Facilit8 & Flourish was founded as a Food and Beverage Consultancy business, looking to utilise a proven and successful career selling natural ingredients in the UK, Europe and India, to assist businesses in establishing their brand within the market.


Fast-forward to today and F&F has become a family business, aiding in the development of brands and products within the UK, and sourcing bespoke, natural, environmentally conscious ingredients to import and sell using our extensive network of customer contacts and suppliers

Peter Naylor

Director

Peter has 30+ years in the manufacture of finished products and the selling of ingredients for the food & beverage sector and has developed a set of wide-ranging skills that have been implemented cross-border and in different disciplines. With previous roles in brewing, food and beverage ingredients supply, and consultancy, Peter's experience gives a huge number of connections that can be used to sell your products, or offer advice bespoke to your industry.

James Naylor

Sales and Marketing

James is an accomplished and rapidly developing professional in the food industry, with a strong focus on bringing innovative and responsibly sourced ingredients to market. He is passionate about helping bespoke and emerging world food brands establish a foothold within the UK and European markets, while also supporting the development of products built around added-value, ethical ingredients.

Through an extensive network of environmentally conscious and innovative businesses, James is dedicated to promoting sustainable growth and collaboration across the food and beverage sector.
